Per Granered
Per has been in the chemicals and ingredients industries for 20 years. After getting his degree in Chemistry from Montclair State University in New Jersey, he worked at Schering Plough's Research and Development division doing process development for pharmaceuticals. A move to a more entrepreneurial side of the business world brought him to a job as purchasing agent for a chemical catalog division of an international distribution company, sourcing over 5,000 chemical compounds. This valuable experience carried over into other positions in sales and product management before he finally founded Axel Chemicals, LLC in 2000. Randy Richman
Randy joined Axel Chemicals in the first year it was formed and has added valuable experience from more than 25 years of working in chemical distribution and international trading of chemical products. Ten years of his career involved running his own import and distribution company in the dye and pigment industry. After the decline of that industry, Randy applied his talents to the rapidly growing nutraceutical market. He has successfully focused his efforts in the nutraceutical market for more than 10 years. His jovial personality also livens up the office.
Jason Peterson
Jason joined Axel Chemicals in 2004 as the Operations Manager for the company. He draws from a broad range of experience in sales, marketing and logistics. His responsibilities at the company include order processing, shipping, receiving and inventory management. Jason is also a musician and songwriter and performs regularly in the Nashville area.
